GAI-TRONICS Behavioral Health series of rugged telephones are designed for use in environments where conversation privacy is desired but safety is a concern. The Flush-mount Handset Analog Telephone (Auto-dial) is equipped with a shortened, 12-inch handset cord to prevent the handset being used as a weapon and is also short enough to prevent the possibility of strangulation. Its rugged design provides both quality and longevity. The model is ideally suited for flush-mount installation in any area requiring auto-dial/ring-down operation. The unit's rear dust cover protects the electronics for in-wall installation. The Model 238-003FS enclosure can be used if surface mounting is more desirable. Adding an “AC” suffix at the end of either model will increase the handset cord length to 15 inches.
