The SD500-MIM is an addressable input model used with IntelliKnight fire alarm control panels (FACPs). This model is designed for any situation where dry contact alarm initation application is needed, such as pull stations and water flow switches. The SD500-MIM can be wired up to 2500 feet from the contact. Combined with the model's small, lightweight body and DIP switch programming functionality, the device becomes easy to install in a multitude of locations.

Wiring conditions are monitored using an EOL resistor that alerts the FACP if faults occur.,
