The Ideal 31-542 is a 60' Volt-Guard Fish Tape. This fish tape has a Tuff-Cuff tape retaining feature that keeps tape properly positioned in the opening. This non-conductive tape is insulated for up to 1000v and designed for use around live circuits. The toughest Fish Tape on the market for longer tool life. In 1916, J.
