The MCR-403 InStar proximity reader is a new access control proximity reader from Keri Systems designed to provide compatibility with Indala's ASP line of proximity readers, cards, and tags.The MCR-403 is intended to read Indala cards and tags coded with Indala's standard ASP 26-bit Wiegand format, including their ASC-121T standard card, ISO-30 ISO-style card, and ASK-116 key tag. Attractive on its own, the unique size and shape of the MCR-403 allows it to be fitted with any of Indala's FlexPass Linear, Arch, Curve, and Wave door frame and wall switch covers, allowing it to blend seamlessly into existing installations as well.
The MCR-403 is small, with dimensions of 4 x 1.5 x 0.63 inches (10 x 3.8 x 1.6 cm). It includes all the key features for today's projects, such as a four-state LED, audio tone, start-up self check, and Beep-n-Flash. And like all proximity readers from Keri Systems, the MCR-403 is backed by a lifetime warranty.
