Optex OP-08CW Passive Infrared Detector (White)

Optex's OP-08 brings attractive design, versatility, and high performance to request-to-exit PIR applications. OP-08 mounts on the transom or ceiling and has 10 individual detection zones which can easily be masked to control detection. Its special 'Wide & Deep' pattern adjustment doubles your detection pattern options. The OP-08C's compact and attractive housing design fits any installation. The exact size of the sensor without the cover is only 139mm (5.47 in.) wide by 40mm (1.57 in.) high by 29mm (1.14 in.) deep allowing for easy recessed or concealed mounting. The newly developed AGC circuitry, built into every unit, provides Environmental and Artificial Disturbance Immunity, preventing false activation under adverse conditions such as sunlight, wind, rain and radio frequency - all of which can cause a conventional passive infrared sensor to false activate. The OP-08C's flexible detection area consists of 10 individual detection zones (5 zones x 2 rows). Each zone can be easily eliminated by applying area masking seals. Also Standard Detection Area or Wide & Deep Detection Area can be selected by simply rotating the spherical lens.
