Servertech CWG-16H2C454 | Sentry 2U Rack Mount Switched POPS CDU With PIPS, Input: 208 - 240 Volt, 50/60 Hz, 30 Amp, Input Cord: NEMA L6-30P Cordset

The Server Technology Switched POPS PDU provides control of outlet power and local LED input current monitoring, allowing IT personnel to determine safe levels of loading on a per-phase basis while installing equipment into the rack/cabinet. The integral PIPS and POPS technology provides accurate measurement of current (billing-grade), voltage, active power, apparent power, power factor, crest factor, and accumulated energy at the input and at each output. These power data points, along with temperature and humidity measurements (provided via optional probes), are accessible through the built-in Web and CLI interfaces as well as through SNMP. The Switched POPS "Master" PDU can be connected to a Switched POPS "Link" PDU to extend the network access to the redundant or secondary power feed.

Servertech - CWG-16H2C454 - Features

  • High-density- Single power input feed, 16 outlets per 2U enclosure
  • High power distribution- 208-240 Volt, 20 and 30 Amp, 230 Volt 16 and 32 Amp input feed options
  • Remote power management- Power cycle individual power outlets, or groups of power outlets, to remotely reboot servers and network devices, anywhere in the world. Or, power-off unused power receptacles
  • Input current monitor- Precisely measure the aggregate current draw (in amps) on each power circuit. On-site verification of the input current with the LED digital display and remote verification via browser or serial screen
  • IP access and security- Web interface, SSL, SSH, Telnet, SNMP, FTP, SNTP, Syslog, LDAP, LDAPS, RADIUS, TACACS and RS-232 access
  • Traps and alerts- Provide automated SNMP-based alarms and email alerts for power and environmental conditions
  • Environmental monitoring - Each switched CDU supports two temperature and humidity probes and reports conditions thru the web interface
  • Add an expansion module - Connect the switched expansion CDU (CXG) to a master unit (CWG) for power management of separate power circuits from a single IP address; power-up sequencing: prevent an in-rush power overload
  • Per outlet power sensing and control: Power monitoring and information per individual outlet/device. Information includes: Current load (A), voltage (V), power (kW), apparent power (VA), Crest Factor and Power Factor per outlet. Using our grouping technology, using clustering power information is available per device, groups of devices (application), individual CDU or cabinet. kW and kW-hour power information that can be utilized for billing, power monitoring, trending and power reports
  • Network Access and Per Outlet Control- Individual or group outlet network access power control to cycle power and reboot any selected server(s) or other network device(s). Use TCP/IP (HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, Telnet, SNMP) or RS-232 to communicate with each sentry Cabinet PDU and rectify locked-up network devices. Reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) a failing server by controlling individual power outlet receptacles to reboot any selected server or other device
  • Establish efficiency ratings - PUE and DCIE - Power information generated can be used to calculate PUE and DCIE, these power ratings have been established by the Green Grid to gauge efficiency; Control conditions for alarm notification - conditions for SNMP traps can be regulated for status, changes, load, temperature and humidity
  • HTTP/HTTPs web configuration and control- Use the sent
  • (16) C13 outlets
  • Network Monitoring
  • Linkable Expansion
  • Temperature/Humidity Monitoring
  • Per-Inlet Power Sensing
  • Per-Outlet Power Sensing
  • Branch Circut Protection
  • Outlet Control
  • High Retention Locking Outlets
  • Color Identification
  • Cisco Energywise Compliant
