The Theia Technologies SL183M Varifocal Ultra Wide No Distortion 5 MP Manual Iris Lens provides ultra wide field of view without distortion. This varifocal lens allows you to optimize the field of view from wide angle to ultra wide. The lens incorporates patented Linear Optical Technology, which allows an ultra wide field of view without barrel distortion. This rectilinear design allows increased resolution at the edges of the image thus increasing the probability of detection. The SL183 is a high-quality lens designed to allow the installer to take full advantage of the high resolution of HD and multi MP cameras. The lens can be used on cameras at up to 5 MP resolution, giving a crisp image from edge to edge. In addition, the SL183 lens includes EasyZoom, which allows you to focus the lens once and then adjust zoom or magnification to give the optimized field of view. Only minor focus optimization is required after zooming.
