Tripp-Lite U444-006-DP | USB-C to DisplayPort Active Adapter Cable (M/M), 4K 60 Hz, 6 ft. (1.8 m)

Features

• Connects a DisplayPort Display to Your USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 Device
• This USB-C to DisplayPort 4K cable helps you transmit digital audio and 4K video from your tablet, laptop, Chromebook, MacBook, smartphone or PC to a DisplayPort-enabled monitor or projector. It’s ideal for giving video presentations in conference rooms and classrooms, editing multiple documents on a larger screen, or streaming video for digital signage in crystal-clear 4K.
• Supports USB DisplayPort Alternate Mode for Transmitting Audio/Video Signals
• With a source device that also supports USB DisplayPort Alt Mode, you can extend video from your primary display to another, duplicate the same video on both displays, or change the second display to your primary.
• Transmits Crystal-Clear 4K Video and Digital Audio
• This six-foot cable supports Ultra High Definition (UHD) video resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 (4K x 2K) at 60 Hz, 36-bit Deep Color (12 bits per channel) and per-lane transfer rates of 5.4 Gbps (HBR2), 2.7 Gbps (HBR) and 1.62 Gbps (RBR). It also supports USB 3.1 Gen 1 data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps. The cable is backward compatible with non-4K displays, so you can use a 1080p monitor if one is available.
• Built-In USB-C Cable Connects in Either Direction
• Connect the reversible USB-C plug to your source device’s USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port. The fumble-free USB-C plug connects in either direction to ensure fast, easy connection every time.
• Premium Construction for Premium Performance
• Foil and braid shielding delivers reliable, error-free signal quality and protection from EMI/RFI line noise that can distort or destroy data. Molded gold-plated connectors with corrosion-resistant gold-plated contacts provide maximum conductivity and minimize data loss. Integral strain relief reduces stress and helps the cable and connectors move freely without cracking.
• Ready to Use Right Out of the Package
• The plug-and-play USB-C to DisplayPort adapter requires no software, drivers or external power and works with both Windows and Mac operating systems. Just plug the USB-C end into your computer’s USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port, and plug the DisplayPort end into the display’s input port for immediate satisfaction. The six-foot cable fits easily into a briefcase or laptop bag for connecting on the go.
• 3-Year Warranty and Environmentally Responsible Design
• The U444-006-DP comes with a 3-year warranty. It’s manufactured in compliance with strict RoHS specifications, reflecting Tripp Lite’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
• Locking DP Connector Helps Prevent Accidental Disconnection and Expensive Downtime
• Having a cable come loose accidentally can mean costly and time-consuming signal loss. The locking DisplayPort connector helps you avoid such danger, protecting your audio/video transmission by maintaining a secure link without failure. The locking cable is also invaluable when moving equipment in a rack or removing equipment from tight areas, ensuring the cord always stays connected.
