American Fibertek MR88SL 8-Channels, Supervised, Power Fail Safe,

The American Fibertek 88SL Series multiplexes 8 channels of supervised input dry contact closure on one singlemode fiber. A set of 8 LEDs on the transmitter and the receiver units indicates the channel(s) status. The Contact Input supervision will detect an open connection and a shorted connection as an alarm. The alarm condition is removed only when the Contact Input voltage falls within a predetermined range.
