Mini Ethernet Media Converter - Dual Fiber - 100BASE-FX Multimode.
The American Fibertek MX1M-FX-SC transmits and receives 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet signals at the RJ45 port and 100 Base-FX at the optical port over two multimode fiber. The system is designed to be completely transparent with auto negotiation features which automatically configure the units for the correct speed (10/100BaseTX). Auto MDI/MDIX operation eliminates the potential need for crossover cables. Diagnostic indicators provide a quick visual indication of Link, Activity, and Speed status.
