Description
The ANS501 from Bogen is an Ambient Noise Sensor, designed for use with paging systems. The sensor monitors the ambiance levels in environments where the levels are constantly fluctuating. The sensor then compensates for the ambiance level whenever paging occurs. This results in comfortable, audible pages no matter how noisy or quiet the environment. The ANS501 sensor features adjustable threshold controls and ANS500M remote microphone.

- Maximum boost; activity threshold; relative gain; AUX input level; ramp speed; and ambient MIC input threshold controls
- Supports up to four microphones wired in parallel
- Microphone wire run can be up to 2,000 feet with no appreciable loss of signal
- Microphone module includes an adjustable mounting bracket for precise positioning
- Powered by a 12V wall-mounted power supply that operates from 120V AC
