The thermOweld process is a simple way of welding copper to copper and copper to steel. The reaction takes place in a semi-permanent graphite mold and uses high temperature reactions of copper oxide and aluminum. The thermOweld connections are solid molecular bonds; they will not loosen or corrode throughout the life of the weld.
