The ComNet FDX50M2 data transceivers providepoint-to-point transmission of simplex or duplexEIA RS232/RS422 data signals over two multimodeoptical fibers.
The transceivers are transparent to dataencoding allowing for broad-range compatibility.
Plugand- play design ensures ease of installation requiringno electrical or optical adjustments.
Each transceiverincorporates a bi-color (Red/Green) indicating LED formonitoring proper system operation.
The FDX50 has asmall footprint and is designed for surface mounting.
