The ComWorx CWFE8TX8MS Managed EthernetSwitch provides transmission of 100 BASE-TX Ethernetdata.
These units are available for use with conventionalCAT-5e copper transmission media.
Up to 8 electricalports are available for easily implementing point-to -point,linear add-drop, drop-and-repeat, star or true selfhealingring and mesh network system architectures.
Theelectrical ports support the 10/100 Mbps (100 BASE-TX)Ethernet IEEE 802.3 protocol, and auto-negotiating andauto-MDI/MDIX features are provi ded for simplicity andease of installation.
Plug-and-play design ensures easeof installation, and no electrical adjustments are everrequired.
The CWFE8TX8MS incorporates LED indicatorsfor monitoring the operating status of the managedswitch and network .
This switch can be mounted withinany standard 19-inch equipment rack using the ComNetRMB Rack Mount Bracket Adaptor Kit (sold separately).
