The Enhanced Management Frame (EMF) is designed for High Density fiber management supporting: FTTx, cross-connect and interconnect applications.

User-friendly features such as single jumper length, integrated in-bay jumper storage, transparent modules and multiple inter-bay fiber routing options make this frame an ideal solution for both FTTx deployments, Carrier Data Center, and traditional cross-connect and interconnect applications.. The EMF Pretium EDGE Solutions housing utilizes the Pretium EDGE 12-fiber LC module that support today’s passive optical networks. Each of the modules that can be fitted within one housing independently extend and retract from the frame for minimal adjacent connector disturbance and a "quiet-front" appearance. Each housing holds eight 12-fiber Pretium EDGE LC modules (96 fibers per housing), for an on-frame total of 2304 fiber terminations with LC connectors. Each module is fed by a single 12 F MTP preconnectorized MTP trunk leg at the rear side. There is provision for strain relieving two Pretium EDGE trunk cables at the rear side of the housing. Inter-bay jumper slack storage enables the use of a single jumper length, minimizing the variation of jumper length. Staggered side-mounted routing guides on the module housings allow clean fiber management and control pathways for front-to-rear jumper routing. There is full bend-radius control throughout the frame with top and rear strain-relief.
