Honeywell Silent Knight SD5056RB | Plug-In Detector Relay Base, 32 To 150 Deg F, 18 To 12, 6" Diameter
SD505-6RB is a 6" mounting base with one Form "C" relay contact.
The SD505-6RB is great for controlling elevator recall, door closing, fan operation, and auxiliary notification. The base can be connected anywhere on the loop because it's addressable.
