Jonard UST-1596 | COAX Stripping Tool with Twin RG59 and RG6 Blade
Designed to strip RG59, RG6, RG6 Tri & Quad, RG7 & RG11 coaxial cables for CATV. The UST-100 strips coaxial cables for video installations. The UST-205 blade (included) is used to strip RG59, RG6, RG6 Tri & Quad shield, RG7 & RG11 coaxial cables. The blade provides a 2-level strip for "F" Connector termination. A twin blade (UST-210) for RG59 & RG6 only is available. The UST-215 blade is designed to strip RG59/6 and UTP cables.
Jonard - UST-1596 - Features
- Included blade cartridge (UST-210) provides a 2-level strip for F, BNC, and RCA connector termination
- Double sided cartridge provides twice the stripping applications before requiring replacement
- High carbon steel blades last over 5,000 strips on each side
- Cable stop on both sides of the cartridge ensures precise stripping without need to make adjustments
- Cartridge is reversible for ambidextrous use
- Hook and Loop strip on bottom of the tool folds back the braided shield on the cable with ease
- Large finger loop provides smooth rotation during use
- Stripping action removes 1/4" of jacket and 5/16" of shield and dielectric, which exposes the center conductor
