- Factory pre-polished fiber stub end face
- Dual cam design with fiber and buffer clamps
- Translucent housing assembly
- Non-optical disconnect design
- Mechanical cable retention
- Allow termination of all OptiCam(TM) Connectors (LC, SC and ST) onto 1.6mm - 2.0mm or 3mm jacketed cable
- Color-coded in aqua for 10Gig(TM) 50/125µm fiber, black for 50/125µm or 62.5/125µm fiber and blue for single-mode fiber
- Provide mechanical cable retention that consistently meets or exceeds industry standard cable retention
- Require no adhesive, speeding installation
- LC and SC OptiCam(TM) Connectors provide non-optical disconnect to maintain data transmission under tensile loads for jacketed cable when terminated using OptiCam(TM) Cable Retention Boots
