The patented textured fish scale grip inside and out provides extra traction in oily or wet conditions, ensuring a secure hold and minimizing slippage. These gloves offer a rotated thumb for precision grip of smaller pieces, proven performance with fatty foods, a beaded cuff and tight fit for use over a liner, enhanced puncture resistance to reduce waste by outlasting conventional disposables, and compliance with FDA food handling requirements 21 CFR 177.2600.
