The Tempo Communications field installable mechanical connector can be used in all FTT(x) applications. Cleaving the field fiber with a products like the FCL200, 915CL, 920CL or FCL100 fiber optic cleavers provides a precision cleave needed for optimum performance. The mechanical connector is available in SC/APC and SC/UPC. Low insertion loss and low return loss specifications guarantee the fiber optic link will deliver high bandwidth connections. The connector can be installed in less than one minu te with no epoxy.
