Valcom EZ-SUEZTVIP | Software Upgrade Any ezIP Device to VIP

Facilities that deployed ezIP speakers when InformaCast or Syn-Apps was not yet in the budget don't need to rip out and replace hardware when those platforms arrive. The EZ-SUEZTVIP is a software license key that upgrades the existing ezIP firmware to full VIP capabilities — the same feature set available on speakers purchased as VIP units from the factory. InformaCast and Syn-Apps SA-Announce are the two most common enterprise notification platforms in the market, and Revolution adds Intrado emergency mass notification compatibility. Priority levels allow the upgraded device to handle simultaneous notification streams correctly — an emergency alert takes precedence over a routine page. Stored messages allow the device to play locally cached audio, which matters in network disruption scenarios. The upgrade is delivered as a simple license key, so the process doesn't require a technician on site or any physical hardware swap.
